BIO: Tiyi Shipalane enters his second consecutive season with the RailHawks and third overall.  He began his professional career with the Harrisburg City Islanders and made his professional debut on April 18, 2009 against the Richmond Kickers.  He had 18 appearances for the Islanders and scored 6 goals.  After the 2009 season, Shipalane was signed by D.C. United.  After spending 2010 with the RailHawks, Shipalane returned to his native South Africa to play for Pretoria.  Shipalane moved to the U.S. to play collegesoccer at Lindsey Wilson College, where he was the 2006 NAIA Region XI Player of the Year and a three-time All-American.
