BIO: Floyd Franks is returning to the RailHawks for his fourth season.  Franks began 2012 as a member of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC (MLS) before returning to the RailHawks in July.  Franks originally joined the RailHawks prior to the 2010 after spending two season in Denmark.  The 10th pick in the 2006 MLS Supplemental Draft, Franks spent his first two seasons as a professional with the Chicago Fire (MLS). Franks joined the Cleveland City Stars helping lead the club to the USL Second Division championship.    While playing his collegesoccer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Franks finished his career with 18 goals and 15 assists in 71 appearances.  He was a two-time All-Conference USA selection and an All-Atlantic 10 Conference selection in his four years.
