Every day more people want to help. The players of Soccer Elite High Preformence Soccer Club became part f the “Necesity Wall” campaign to collect items of necessity for the “Fundacion Ninito Jesus”
Items include canned foods, clothing, cleaning supplies and toys for children between the ages of 15 and 18 for the foundation.
We made a call to action to soccer teams, other institutions and companies so that they can join this effort in favor of the well being of these children and society, because abuse is a problem of public health,” said Nicholas Addlery, Puerto Rico Islanders forward and pioneer of this movement.
Aside from the items that Soccer Elite donated, the foundation needs shoes for children between 0-7 years old, and house hold cleaning items. We hope to fill the wall at Puerto Rico Islandes office with these items to give to the Fundación Hogar Niñito Jesús on July 28th. The Fundación Hogar Niñito Jesús is a emergency shelter for abused children that for two decades has given the services of protection for minors that have been removed by the Department of Family. They offer protection, medical and dental care, education, pre-school, psychological and psychiatric services and social development. At the present time, the shelter is at full capacity.
