The Vancouver Whitecaps announced today the signed of former RailHawks captain and defender Brad Rusin. Rusin joins former RailHawks in Vancouver in head coach Martin Rennie, assistant coaches Paul Ritchie and Jake DeClute, goalkeeper Brad Knighton, and midfielders Matt Watson and Jun Marques Davidson.

Whitecaps FC will be the RailHawks opponent in the 5th Annual Hilton Garden Inn Durham Southpoint Community Shield Match on February 24 at WakeMed Soccer Park. Individual tickets for the Community Shield Match will go on sale Thursday, January 24.
