The Vancouver Whitecaps announced today the signed of former RailHawks captain and defender Brad Rusin. Rusin joins former RailHawks in Vancouver in head coach Martin Rennie, assistant coaches Paul Ritchie and Jake DeClute, goalkeeper Brad Knighton, and midfielders Matt Watson and Jun Marques Davidson.
