Jacksonville Armada FC and the Fort Lauderdale Strikers battled to a 1-1 draw on Wednesday night at Community First Park.

Jose Angulo gave the Strikers (2W-2D-5L, 8 points) the lead after he picked off an errant pass from Jacksonville and drove towards the 18-yard box. He unleashed a low strike from distance and found the back of the net in the 20th minute.

Jacksonville (2-3-5, 9) would equalize just before the halftime whistle. Pascal Millien slipped a ball into the box to Zach Steinberger, who fired past Strikers goalkeeper Bruno, in the 42nd minute.

Fort Lauderdale remained unbeaten against its Coastal Cup rival (4-2-0).
