Indy Eleven won for the first time in six games and ended Miami FC’s three-game winning streak in a 2-1 victory at Carroll Stadium on Saturday night. The win continued the Eleven's home unbeaten streak in 2016 as well as extending it to 15 games since the tail end of last year's Fall Season.

Indy (7W-3D-5L, 24 points Fall; 11-9-5, 42 Combined) took a 1-0 lead in the 25th minute when an errant clearance by Miami (7-4-3, 25 Fall; 8-8-8, 32 Combined) goalkeeper Daniel Vega found its way to Dylan Mares. A shot by Mares from 25 yards squeezed inside the near post.

Indy added a second goal in the 56th minute as Don Smart took a shot that deflected and skidded past Vega. Miami FC pulled one back, cutting Indy’s lead in half in the 67th minute when Vincenzo Rennella backheeled home a shot from Rhett Bernstein.
